Incorporating Fitness Classes into your workout routine is a great way to help you stay motivated while, varying workout regime.  Despite classes are grouped based, you are encourged to work at your own pace; thus, the classes can accomodate individuals of various fitness levels.

Registration for classes should be completed online via our website. Cancellations for classes should be completed at least one hour before the scheduled class either online via our website or by calling the gym.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

 

 

 

FULL BODY BLAST

This bodyweight only class designed to target your full body. While no high-intensity movements are incorporated in this class it is by no means easy as it is designed to keep you challenged and burn those calories, with special emphasis on cardio and abs. 

 

 

CORE

This class solely focuses on your 'Core' and targets those areas with exercises designed to strengthen and develop your abs, lower back, and glutes. 

 

 

B3 CIRCUIT (BELLS, BALLS & BANDS CIRCUIT)
An interval based class combining cardio, core and weighted strength exercises into one workout as you move between timed stations to ensure a great full body workout. This class incorporates the use of a variety of bells, balls and bands as its main equipment.

 

SENIORS' FITNESS

A full body low impact class designed to help keep you 'actively aging', while also maintaining your coordination and strength. 

 

STEP AEROBICS

A low impact, choreographed cardio class, incorporating the use of a rising step that is aimed at increasing your cardiovascular and muscle endurance and improving your coordination.

 

PREMIUM F.I.T. (Fitness Interval Training)

This is a high-intensity outdoor fitness class based on interval training. Athletic and plyometric movements are at the core of this class and while everyone may not consider themselves an athlete, we can all train, feel and get results like one. While this is a group setting, movements, repetitions and intensities in this class are scaled individually based on an individual's fitness and strength or ability levels to allow everyone to get the maximum benefits based on their current level of fitness.

 

 

CARDIO KICKBOXING

A high energy class which blends athletic drills and aerobic moves with kickboxing techniques, moves and drills to create a total body based, strength endurance and cardiovascular workout.  

 

PILATES

This mind-body conditioning class is targeted towards increasing your strength and flexibility while improving your balance, posture, alignment and muscle control. Through slow, controlled, flowing strength and mobility exercises you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated upon completion.

 

GENTLE FLOW YOGA

A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class.  This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. You will breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance while building strength and working on your core.

 

SPINNING

Ride your way to a fitter you with this great indoor stationary bike class. This cardio-based workout will take you through many different stages as you simulate pedalling through hill climbs, giving maximum effort in sprints, or maintaining your rpm on flat courses, along with many other challenging drills and exercises.
